I give thanks for the hearty food we received,
filled with healing herbs from a garden crowned in crystals and visited by butterflies..

A room filled with warm friendly faces,
and conversations that warmed the heart and sent some racing..

Creamed honey and sesame crackers,

fresh pot of tea with rose buds to soften,
the 'NoteBook' on late night TV..

Tuesday was pleasing indeed..
